“Years smothered by a blanket woven from lies and deceit, the subconscious planted seeds of doubt rooted in denial. The developing cracks fractured blind belief that ultimately became crevices, these with time shattered the veneer. The revelation of partial truths masked with more lies will never be forgiven or forgotten. I stipple the work to such a degree that the process of placing down minute repetitious dots provides the opportunity to comprehend the depth of the experience, the resulting aesthetic dimension masking the cathartic nature provided.’ – Rebecca
