Every crate or carton that an artwork is shipped in must be opened within 24 hours of receipt. In the case that there is any damage to the artwork upon receiving it, traffic jam galleries must be notified within the 24 hour period after receipt of goods by email with pictures of the issue associated attached. traffic jam galleries cannot take responsibility for damage or anomalies noted after this 24 hour period.
