CONNECTIONS brings together the work of Jenny Green and Rebecca Pierce, two artists whose distinct visual languages meet through colour, form, movement and an instinctive sense of play.
Together, the works create an energetic exchange. Jenny's lines lead and meander, while Rebecca's forms hold their ground; one practice finds movement through interconnected shapes, the other through the amplification and transformation of familiar imagery. Yet across both, there is an openness to colour, a confidence in form and an invitation to simply engage with the work.
CONNECTIONS marks the eleventh occassion Jenny and Rebecca have exhibited together, following on from their 2023 collaboration. Over time, their practices have continued to develop in their own directions, making each return to working alongside one another an opportunity to see new relationships emerge.
