Kathryn’s Pop Realism paintings draw on the pulsating energy of Las Vegas, freeze frames of iconic Hollywood cinema, recognisable signage and advertisements and celebrity, all delivered within the realm of ‘Pop’
Terry Barclay was born in the North of England and studied design at Bradford College of Art.
After graduating he worked as a commercial artist for several years before he and his wife migrated to Australia. Since his arrival in Australia he has held a number of design positions with both government departments and design consultancies. Terry’s work has been included in exhibitions for The National Museum of Australia and The State Library of Victoria. He has also produced numerous illustrations for posters, magazines, and children’s books.
In 2018, he returned painting and sculpture full time.
