Terry Barclay was born in the North of England and studied design at Bradford College of Art.
After graduating he worked as a commercial artist for several years before he and his wife migrated to Australia. Since his arrival in Australia he has held a number of design positions with both government departments and design consultancies. Terry’s work has been included in exhibitions for The National Museum of Australia and The State Library of Victoria. He has also produced numerous illustrations for posters, magazines, and children’s books.
In 2018, he returned painting and sculpture full time.

Untitled. is an annual tjg initiative that focuses on celebrating the works of guest artists foreign to our gallery space. Curated from local, interstate and international artists all at varying stages of their artistic journeys.

Rory OBrien's ‘Hot Dogs’ works pick up on the character of the canines he meets, capturing them in bright, bold and contrasting colours.

This exciting body of work features new approaches and further developments of Andrew’s notable style. From his iconic beach and waterscapes to vibrant birds bursting with personality and colour 'Mixed Tricks' includes paintings rendered with looser brushstrokes and an earthy palette embracing Australia's magnificent iconic bushlands.
Gardens, Water and the Great Outdoors
During the lockdowns Megan needed to work from her existing photographic stock. Studying these references it was apparent a running theme had emerged, that of
gardens, water and all subject matter taken from the great outdoors, hence the title.
Finding Stillness
This body of work titled ‘Finding Stillness’ provides the viewer with what feels like a safe haven, where a feeling of calmness and quiet pervades
The Quiet Life
I have a folder that I fill with interesting pictures of everyday moments. As I’ve returned to this file over the years, I’ve found that the images have evolved over time. I have altered and displaced the figures in these pictures to echo a transformation. An approach that gives rise to a dreamlike atmosphere where reality, memory and illusion collide.
